Terms of Service

By creating an account or using trendelo.ai ("Trendelo," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Trendelo. Trendelo is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Ohio, United States.

Who can use Trendelo

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using Trendelo, you confirm that the information you provide us is accurate.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person each — please don't share your login. Let us know right away at support@trendelo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The service

Trendelo provides self-paced online courses ("tracks" and "Library courses") covering practical AI skills, organized into modules and lessons with quizzes and shareable completion badges. We may add, change, or remove content, features, or tracks at any time.

Free and Pro plans

• Free — limited access, currently the first module of your chosen track plus one full Library course.
• Pro — $7.50/month or $72/year, billed automatically through Stripe until you cancel, unlocking all tracks, Library courses, and monthly newsletters.

We don't currently offer a free trial for Pro.

Billing and cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep Pro access until then. All fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Changes to pricing

We may change subscription pricing going forward. If we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login with others
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Trendelo's course content, quizzes, or badges
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass paywalls or security measures
• Misrepresent your identity, or claim a badge or credential you haven't legitimately earned
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual property

All course content, lesson text, quizzes, illustrations, the Trendelo name and logo, and the site itself are owned by Trendelo (or its licensors) and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own learning while your account is in good standing. Nothing here transfers ownership of that content to you.

Badges and credentials

Completion badges and credential verification pages reflect your progress within Trendelo's own curriculum. They are not accredited degrees, professional certifications, or guarantees of any employment outcome.

Third-party services and links

Trendelo uses third-party providers — including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for sign-in, and Vercel for hosting — and may link to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn or news sources cited in our content). We aren't responsible for those third parties' content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Trendelo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific goals, such as a job outcome or particular skill mastery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendelo and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Trendelo won't exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Trendelo and delete your account at any time by contacting support@trendelo.ai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use Trendelo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
